Saxton IT Services was founded by Jim Saxton with a simple goal: to provide small businesses worldwide with affordable, effective web design solutions. Since 1999, we’ve proudly supported entrepreneurs and companies for over 25 years.
In 2024, the business passed to Jim’s grandson, Ben Saxton, who is bringing a fresh, modern approach while honouring the legacy his grandfather started – providing cost-effective web design solutions globally.
Jim Saxton
Jim Saxton built Saxton IT Services from the ground up, crafting all of the legacy portfolio websites along the way.
After years of building websites, Jim’s swapped pixels for plants, coding for countryside walks, and business calls for leisurely outings with his wife.
Ben Saxton
Ben Saxton has taken the reins at Saxton IT Services, looking to bring a fresh, modern feel to the business while honoring the strong foundation his grandfather built.
With hands-on experience in web design, he’s excited to refine and evolve SITS, introducing new ideas while keeping the trusted reliability that’s always been at its core.

1999: Saxton IT Services was created by Jim Saxton
2001: Establishment of hosting services
2005: First eCommerce website created
2008: SEO and links system developed
2013: Change to responsive website designs with CMS
2019: Move from HTML to WordPress designs
2024: SITS transfers from Jim Saxton to Ben Saxton
